I have never been able to identify the others but the woman on the left in the back row is my great grandmother, Bertha Holly Smith. We have tried to read their tags to determine what this occasion was but can only make out the word "tagged." We think that the woman in the front row on the left might be Bertha's mother, Mary Wight Holly but it is a guess. Lisa Yates
